At the hotel, I found an ideal place for spending some relaxing moments over a cup of aromatic coffee. It was like entering a cozy oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, where I could unwind and enjoy the amazing views from the top floor.

The first time I stayed, the staff offered a cold drink on a hot day. It's perfect for me with free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, fitness centre, spa. I'm coming back for my next trip.

The hotel was clean and the location and people were very good. We got room with standard decor and a good size bathroom to relax. Loved the fact that check-in was fast.

With the famous Old Town and Lazienki Park within walking distance, we were easily able to explore historic sites and monuments. The area also offered plenty of shops and cultural institutions, making it ideal for great sightseeing and family outings.

My kids wished for a bigger play area for a more engaging experience.

The room we stayed in during our Christmas at this hotel was comfortable and had a great view. We were able to relax and enjoy the scenic surroundings. Additionally, the staff was nice and provided us with friendly service throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests we had.

We experienced a few disappointing aspects during our stay. the key card provided to us did not work for many of the hotel's facilities, including the elevator and certain rooms.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Warsaw. View was nice, breakfast was perfect, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was fab, at a short distance from a formal public park. I went to a pleasant restaurant and liked the Indian dishes.

The hotel had a sauna and fitness equipment, which was great. The panoramic views of the city were impressive.

We were impressed with the excellent location of Novotel, right in the city center and close to the metro and main railway station. The view from our room on the upper floor was magnificent, offering a great sight of the city. The room itself was comfortable and modern, and we especially appreciated the Nespresso machine in our executive room. The wifi provided was also excellent, ensuring we stayed connected throughout our stay. Despite the small drawbacks, we would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Warsaw.

Savoury and incredible buffet breakfast. Consistently courteous staff, very quick check-in.

The check-in was quick, room space was great, bathroom, shower, aircon, and view were all fantastic. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very nice. The hotel is conveniently located near the museum of science and culture. The distance to the Old Town was easily walkable. There are also plenty of breakfast options nearby if you prefer not to eat at the hotel.

With everything within arm's reach, you won't need to take a taxi anywhere, and the best part is that the hotel is just a quick and cheap ride from the airport. I recently stayed at Novotel in Warsaw for a few nights and it was an amazing experience. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. The executive room I stayed in on the 29th floor was modern, clean, and offered a stunning view. Another great advantage was that the bus stop for the airport was right in front of the hotel, making transportation extremely easy. the hotel's location, cleanliness, and transportation options made my stay enjoyable.

I chose this hotel for a conference and the spacious conference center and meeting rooms were perfect for the event. The variety of drinks and snacks provided enhanced the meetings. The facilities, including the restaurant, bar, and fitness room, were well-maintained and the 24-hour reception was convenient.

The only service I missed for my work was a designated business center for printing and copying documents without needing staff assistance.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. It’s located right at the heart of the city so there are tons of options within walking distance. On top of that, the room was very clean and modern, and the staff were polite and helpful. The service here is excellent, and they even upgraded my room and gave me complimentary beverage vouchers. The breakfast is delicious with lots of options, and the bar area is a great place to relax after a long day of exploring.

The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to help facilitate our needs, including organizing a doctor's visit and late check-out. The breakfast was outstanding with a waffle and juicing station, fresh local produce, cooked-to-order eggs, and delicious bakery items. The location was fantastic, with bars, restaurants, and ships within a 2-minute walk. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the cityscape views were brilliant.

We had a great stay in this city. Best aspects were the location, which was central with easy access to transportation and local amenities. The underground was right next to the hotel, and numerous tram and bus lines were available. It was easy to get to the central train station and other public transportation. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast had a lot of choices. The staff was helpful and kind.
